Delicious gourmet moments to savour in the gourmet restaurant or the brasserie at the Logis hôtel Les Glycines in Melle.

The chef duo at the Table des Glycines in Melle, Eric Caillon and Christophe Auger, put all their passion and know-how into serving regional cuisine, which they adapt according to the season.

Tasty home-made local cooking that can be tasted in three menus, either in the restaurant, or the bistro, simple, fast and at a reasonable price in the Melloise brasserie.

You can enjoy tasty home-cooked local cuisine with a choice of two menus in the restaurant and an à la carte menu, or the simple, fast and affordable bistro option in the Brasserie Melloise. The success of more than 30 years of collaboration between these two chefs, with the arrival of Benoit Sivadier 10 years ago, to replace Eric at the head of the kitchen in the years to come. The quest for quality comes first and foremost, with a meticulous selection of the produce they work with, mostly from local producers.

You'll have the choice of enjoying these gourmet moments comfortably seated in the large contemporary dining room or seated in the brasserie, bathed in light and opening onto a pretty terrace with the Glycines to enjoy on sunny days.
